Red Sauce Fridays #9: Tomato sauce with lamb meatballs

P1000121No time for a story today, but I do have a recipe for you. If you made my meatball recipe, you already know the drill. Mix 1 pound of ground lamb with about an equal amount of fluffy breadcrumbs (like panko or homemade), 1 egg, some salt and pepper, and some chopped fresh mint. Follow the rest of the recipe exactly, and top your bowls of pasta with some more chopped fresh mint. Happy weekend!
