I am so thrilled to announce my first collaboration on a cookbook is now available! Trust me, when I embarked on a career in food publishing, it never occurred to me that I’d be working with a gal I had watched on a sit-com growing up. But this lady has some great ideas about food! Italian-American finger sandwiches, baked Scotch eggs, polenta croutons in salad… um, yes!
