Truly, do not buy a wheel of this if you’re not prepared to finish it in one go, because you will be powerless to stop yourself. It might appear all unassuming when it first comes out of the wrapper, but give it some time at room temperature to go really creamy and see why people are all excited about European-style cheeses made right here in the US of A these days.
